I was born and raised in Colorado and am a graduate of Colorado State University. In past careers I was a zookeeper (I have some awesome stories), a Property claims adjuster, supervisor and manager over AL/MS/LA. I have lived in Alaska, Chicago, KC KS and MO, Tulsa OK, Birmingham AL, and even Queensland Australia.

I have finally come home to Colorado to be with family and follow my dream of being a personal Chef. Due to my travels and places I have lived I have been privileged to try all types of culinary experiences. Learning different techniques and trying different foods allows me to bring culinary expertise to your dining experience.

MY HISTORY
I decided to attend Culinary School, and upon completion in Dec 2020 I have expanded my knowledge and palate. This will benefit you and our food endeavors together.
I have 2 fur babies, a bobcat / domestic jungle cat mix named Bug and a Cane Corso named Shmoopy (Shmoo). They are my family besides my amazing mom, brother and sister that all live in CO.
My favorite food is Chicago style pizza, favorite type is Mexican, and I LOVE trying different things (especially with fine dining)
I am extremely good at proteins, grilling, sauces and soups. However I am a “jack of all trades” when it comes to cooking.

I asked Chef Kip to make some vegetarian chili and challenged him to make it taste great (my girlfriend is vegetarian not me). He knocked it out of the park!!! It was better than any of the meat chili I had in the past. I was so glad I asked hired Kip and that he was willing to work with me on something I normally would not eat. It was awesome!!!

We hired Chef Kip to do a family holiday dinner. It was worth every penny. He made crab legs, an amazing scallop appetizer and the best twice baked potato I have ever had. I will be using Kips Culinary Creations for all my dinner parties from this point forward.

Myself and some family members attended one of Kip’s live meal preperations. This was the most fun I’ve had post COVID! Great way to spend time with friends and end up with a fine dinner, too!
