  • Lemon and artichoke heart risotto
  • Asparagus and gruyere risotto
  • Mushroom and eggplant lasagna
  • Mushroom stroganoff with egg noodles (can easily be made with steak cubes)
  • Stewed lentil and tomatoes with sweet potato hash
  • Creamy mac and cheese (add lobster for a more decadent meal)
